The Lex Machina team is excited to launch enhanced Legal Analytics for Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas (“Hamilton County Court”). This represents Lex Machina’s first enhanced court in the Midwest, with many more to come in the future. Hamilton County Court joins Lex Machina’s state court coverage as the 101st enhanced state court, alongside over 1,200 Litigation Footprint state courts.
Hamilton County is the third-most-populous county in Ohio and serves a population of over 800,000 citizens. It covers the major metropolitan city of Cincinnati. Lex Machina now includes over 40,000 civil cases filed in the Hamilton County Court, bringing our total number of enhanced state court cases to over 5.7 million civil cases. This is a significant venue for state court litigation in Ohio, particularly for cases involving real property, torts, and other civil matters.

- The median time to trial (currently at 266 cases) was 705 days.

Lex Machina gathers raw information from state court cases, including downloading millions of state court documents, to present the most comprehensive and accurate data possible. Both new and existing Legal Analytics users will appreciate the easy-to-use interface that lets them access a wealth of new state court features including:

- Analyzing the record of a specific judge, law firm, attorney, or party
