A recent 2024 survey of more than 350 legal professionals from law firms of all sizes confirmed the value of Legal Analytics. A record 100% of users found Legal Analytics to be valuable, while 83% of non-users also viewed Legal Analytics as valuable. In addition, 80% of users reported that clients require or expect them to use Legal Analytics.
Patent case filings in the Southern District of Florida have declined by 21.5 percent between 2022 and 2023 from 79 to 62. However, a specific type of patent case filing has increased significantly in that district this year – patent cases against “Schedule A” Defendants.
